The three new additional direct Bangkok flights will be flown with the airline’s Boeing MD-11 aircraft between 11.12.04 – 7.1.05 and 9.2-2.4.05. The flights will depart Bangkok on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 9.30 and arrive at Helsinki at 15.25. The return flight will leave Helsinki on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays at 16.55 and arrive at Bangkok at 07.45. The regular daily Finnair flights leave Helsinki at 23.50 and continue to both Hong-Kong and Singapore.
Finnair traffic in Asia has tripled during the past four years. This winter the Finnish airline has 30 weekly flights to 7 Asian destinations. According to Finnair, its Asian flights will carry more than half a million passengers this year.
