In 1996 Pereric Högberg visited Vietnam for the first time and was positively surprised by the country’s diversity and cuisine. Since his frist trip, Pereric Högberg has had a strong desire to go back to Vietnam.
Recently, his dreams became true when he was appointed to be Sweden’s ambassador in Vietnam

Ambassador Högberg has vowed that he will develop a stronger cultural and economic cooperation between Sweden and Vietnam during his term.
Before being appointed ambassador, Pereric Högberg was head of Sweden’s foreign ministry in Africa.
