On Wednesday 25 October we would like to invite you all to a very interesting and quite different company presentation.
DABS has agreed with Chairman Mr. Haythum Auda from ‘Specialisterne Singapore’ to present their business. Specialisterne helps companies to leverage talent from untapped places.
Specialisterne is one of the first companies in the world to highlight the benefits of a neurodiverse workforce. It’s all about Re-thinking Abilities.
Cultivating Autistic peoples’ talents and matching them with meaningful work is not only the right thing to do for people with autism, but will be crucial to businesses at the front lines of innovation. This puts forward a thoughtful framework for leaders to meet challenges in this time of the Forth Industrial Revolution.
Autism Resource Center “ARC” and Specialisterne Singapore have gone into partnership to help businesses and employers understand, value, and integrate the unique perspective and capabilities of people on the autism spectrum and to help people with autism secure meaningful employment. http://www.autism.org.sg/
