Globalskolen visits Norwegian Seamen’s Church

The Norwegian Seamen’s Church invites all Norwegians with children to come to church on the 26th and 28th of June for a personal conversation with teacher Elisabeth Mork from Globalskolen.

Living abroad can influence your children and such a way that they loose their connection to their home country. Globalskolen is a free online school, which teaches Norwegian and social studies among others.

Learning in church
The Norwegian Seaman’s church has invited Elisabeth Mork to come and give an introduction of what Globalskolen has to offer. Everybody who has children with roots in Norway are invited in to come and have a personal chat with Elisabeth and find out if what they have to offer has your interest.
Globalskolen offers three different programs each with ten steps. The first program is comparable to a normal class with many students.
The second one is for the children who do not yet know how to speak or write in Norwegian.
The third program is for the bilingual children who know some of the Norwegian language but not enough to follow the curriculum.
The Directory of Education in Norway has certified Globalskolen to offer these programs.

The opportunity to chat with Elisabeth about the future education of your child or children will take place on Thursday the 26th and Saturday the 28th of June at the Seamen’s Church in Pattaya, 162/50 Moo 10, Thappraya road, Soi 7, Jomtien, Banglamung, Chonburi, 20260.
