On 13 March 2015 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singapore hosted a visit by State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Kingdom of Norway, Mr Morten Høglund.
The Norwegian State Secretary called on Singapore’s Second Minister for Foreign Affairs Grace Fu. Mr Høglund congratulated Singapore on its Golden Jubilee (celebrating 50 years as an independent state in 2015.) Mr Høglund and Minister Fu expressed satisfaction with the close cooperation between Singapore and Norway and exchanged views on regional developments. Later, Mr Høglund and his delegation of officials from the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs were hosted to lunch by Second Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs Mr Albert Chua.
