Norwegian Business School organized charity run in China

The Charity and Health Run Activity “Run for Love” took place early in the morning of January 3 in Century Park Shanghai, with 500-600 participants in the morning race. Norwegian Consul Siri Borgen opened the charity run.

The event was organized by BI Norwegian Business School and School of Management/Fudan University’s MBA Program’s alumni organization, Join and Share, in collaboration with One Foundation – an independent public fundraising organization in China. The Consul at the Royal Norwegian Consulate General Shanghai, Siri Borgen, held the opening speech and participated in the race together with the BI-Fudan alumni.

The funds raised through ‘Run for Love’, over 100 000 RMB in total, will be used for the ‘Warm Bags’ project of the charity organization One Foundation. ‘Warm Bags’ project sends warmth to the children living in freezing-stricken areas and disaster areas in the forms such as a coat, a scarf, or shoes.
