Norwegian seafood: raw, cured, smoked or marinated

Over 1000 guests of the Norwegian business community were treated to sumptuous seafood buffet and dishes specially created by Norwegian and Singaporean celebrity chefs. The annual event, now in its 18th year, is a truly spectacular event which offers Norwegian companies the chance to strengthen business ties while tucking into seafood prepared in over 55 different styles. This year, the Norwegian Business Association, Singapore, (NBAS) annual award was presented jointly to Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and BI Norwegian Business School. The collaboration between the schools which dates back to 2004 provides exchange opportunities for students at both universities in addition to various postgraduate and short courses aimed at professionals in the offshore, shipping and energy industries.

The Seafood Dinner was jointly organised by NBAS and the Royal Norwegian Embassy and was sponsored by the Norwegian Seafood Council, Snorre food, SAS and Odfjell. Next year’s dinner is already in planning!
