State Secretary for the Minister of Energy Nils Vikmång is in Beijing, 6-9 December, to meet with counterparts from the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Energy Agency (NEA) and the Energy Research Institute. He will also participate in the annual general meeting of CCICED.
Vikmång will meet with Vice Minster Yin Hejun from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Dai Yande, Director General for the Energy Research Institute and Li Fanrong, Vice Director for China’s National Energy Agency.
During the visit the State Secretary will also attend the Annual General Meeting of China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development (CCICED), and participate in a seminar on smart cities.
