Following the success of its first event last year, the second “Thailand Tour De Ski” will be held on 14 – 20 October 2013. This year’s edition of the tour will be in the heart of “The Golden Triangle” with a rich and strong history. The trail passes through 3 countries, Thailand, Laos and Myanmar.
The track is suitable for most skiers in normal good shape. There will be no major challenges and a pick-up service/help will be available for skiers that might get trouble with equipment or other things in the race. The race will go in classic style for roller ski and free style for roller blades.

October 14 – 16: Wiang Inn Hotel, Chiang Rai
October 16 – 17: Siam Triangle Hotel, Chiang Saen
October 17 – 18: Serena at Chiang Rai Hotel, Sop Ruak The Golden Triangle
October 18 – 19: Piyaporn Pavillion Hotel, Mae Sai
October 19 – 20: Wiang Inn Hotel, Chiang Rai
Total admission fee is 23 000 baht for participants in the race.
The admission fee includes:
a. Hotels with breakfast and dinner from 14 to 20 October
b. Visa costs for Laos and Myanmar
c. Necessary transport in the race
d. Mini bus(es) for supporting skiers with drink, extra equipment and rest.
e. Sightseeing in Chiang Rai, The Golden Triangle (Sop Ruak) and in Mae Sai
f. Police escort in the race
g. Energy drinks, water and light lunch meal every day
h. T-shirts, diploma and medals
Tourists, family and friends can also participate at 18,000 baht which includes the above a, b, c, d, e.
All participants have to sign up and pay an application fee of 3,000 baht no later than 1 September 2013.
