Winter Time Is Back In Finland

At 4.00 am
on Sunday morning, October 26 Finns turned their clocks back one hour to
mark the end of summer time and the beginning of winter time-keeping.

    In a
closely coordinated move, clocks across the EU followed back at
exactly the same time to mark the start of winter.

    The synchronisation of the
transition is important especially for international rail and airline traffic
schedules.
