Ann Marie Bolin Pennegård withdraws from her job as ambassador in the Republic of Indonesia and departed the country on Friday, April 10, 2009. Her next assignment will be in Brussels where she will chair the EU Committee on Civilian Crisis Management during the Swedish EU Presidency. Anders Backman assumes duties as Chargé d’Affairs ad interim and heads the mission until the arrival of the new Ambassador.
