Cement Sales in Indonesia On the Way to New Heights

Cement sales in Indonesia are expected to increase by as much as 6 percent in 2010. Says Urip Timuryono who is chairman of the Indonesian Cement Association, to Bloomberg News.


The increase is due to new infrastructure projects in the country and increased demand in the property industry, and the expected increase is good news for Danish FLSmidth writes Euro Investor.


Indonesia and India is the major growth markets for the Danish engineering group, which has previously received orders from the cement producer Semen Gresik and others of the Indonesia’s major producers.
