Sweden-based Alfa Laval has secured an order worth SEK55m to supply Packinox heat exchangers to a refinery and petrochemical plant in Vietnam.
Scheduled for delivery in 2015, the Alfa Laval Packinox heat exchangers will be used in the production of mixed xylenes.
Alfa Laval Group president and CEO Lars Renström said this order confirms that the Alfa Laval Packinox heat exchangers are reliable to use in demanding applications in refineries as well as petrochemical industries.
