Embassy reaches out to Filipino community in Denmark

The Embassy of the Philippines in Oslo will conduct a Consular Outreach Program in Copenhagen, Denmark next weekend on 28-29 September 2013. The outreach days take place at Vibenhus Skole, Kertemindegade 10 in Copenhagen (bus 1A & 18 by public transport) between 9:30 am – 6:30 pm

The service is for Filipinos in Denmark whose passport has expired or is about to expire, or needs to report a marriage, birth or death.

The deadline for registering for service during the two days expire today, 5:00 PM of Friday 20 September 2013. A pdf file with detailed instructions how to apply for the various services are available for download here. Applications should be sent to [email protected]

The consular outreach program is being undertaken in cooperation with BUKLOD DK the Filipino community association online on Facebook.

The embassy advises that the two days can accommodate only the first 400 applicants. Appointments will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Once an appointment has been set by the Embassy, no request for change of schedule will be accommodated.
