KIS International School is seeking entries for their third Annual Charity Art Competition from students from all schools within Thailand. Deadline for submission of images of artwork is April 26, 2013.
Artists are invited to first submit one image of a piece of two-dimensional art, focusing on the theme of “My Future Has Hope”.
Pieces selected as semi-finalists will be sold for auction (with the artist having first option to buy back their work at nominal prices) and the proceeds will be donated to support the Arts at the Hub Saidek Youth Club.
Entry winners must be present at the final awards presentation on 16 May 2013 at KIS International School. There will be three age-group categories for entry: 8-11 years of age, 12-15 years of age and 16-19 years of age. Cash prizes for each category of BHT 5,000, BHT 8,000 and BHT 15,000 respectively will be awarded as well as a trophy and a certificate for each age category.
