On Monday 4 November, the Swedish Embassy in Tokyo will be the next embassy where visitors can apply online for a Schengen visa. This is also possible in Jakarta and Hanoi, but for the other Embassies in Asia covered by ScandAsia the application procedure is still the familiar physical process.
The Swedish immigration authority, Migrationsverket, encourages all visitors to get in contact with the embassy or consulate where they are planning to apply from to receive more information.
