“Selling With Style” is a practical training program designed to help analyze and interpret in detail customer habits and key behaviors. The trainee will learn how to improve; sales & PR skills, negotiation skills, and level up recognition and understanding of the sale process. Thomas International will together with DCCC offer this unique Chinese sales training course to help equip DCCC members’ sales people with the skills of observing and judging behavioral styles and better to understand the psychological and cognitive dimensions of a sale.
During the training the trainee will realize their own style, understand their customers’ behavioral style, and how to modify communication accordingly.
- Get to know one’s own behaviour style
- Understand dynamic of people’s behavior style
- Distinguish clients’ behavior and buying styles
- The ability to adjust one’s own behavior style
