On Thursday 19 November 2015 DCCC (together with Rockwool’s Human Resource Director, Ms Jiang Yuxin and Anjie Law’s specialist on Chinese labour law Mr. Liu Zhenghe) invites its members to participate in a discussion on how to manage an employment restructuring plan.

The registration begins 2pm and thereafter Rockwool and Anjie Law will start the discussion by presenting case stories on problems often encountered when downsizing, such as:

• Designing and selling the right kind of compensation package
• Planning a communicating strategy*
• Prohibit eventual claims, disputes, and law suits
• Introduction to the legal aspects of the process
• Which precautions to keep in mind before starting this process

DCCC facilitates Work Groups to create forums from which members can raise issues, concerns and share each others experiences. Both Jiang Yuxin and Liu Zhenghe will give short presentations after which participants will contribute with their own opinions, insights, questions, and valuable lessons learned.
