Jacob Jensen Design signed Memorandum of Understanding with Chinese company

The Danish company Jacob Jensen Design has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with China Zhonghua Geotechnical Engineering Group.

In the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) both companies concluded their shared intentions to reach a cooperation within the fields of urban space design and planning, industrial design, art and education, according to Asia One.

Both companies also wanted to strengthen China’s design innovation and creative urban planning sectors.

The MoU was signed on 751D – PARK Art District, host of this year’s Beijing Design Week where Denmark had an exhibition. Among others, the signing of the MoU was witnessed by His Royal Highness, Crown Prince Frederick of Denmark, who visited Beijing Design Week.

A MoU is a formal agreement between two or more parties. Companies and organizations can use MOUs to establish official partnerships.
