The Rembrandt Hotel proudly welcomes Chef Jens Jensen, the head Chef at Møllegården, Alrø in Denmark to be the guest chef for the Modern Danish Christmas Gastronomy Festival, which is held from 4th to 15th December 2013 at Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok.
Chef Jens is a talented chef with a wealth of experience. Australian born and living in Denmark since 2005 where he began his culinary journey. He has mastered the technique of using only the freshest ingredients to prepare some of the best food the Scandinavian region has to offer.
