Four Nordic Chambers (Thai-Swedish Chamber, Danish-Thai Chamber, Thai-Norwegian Chamber and Thai-Finnish Chamber) came together in co-hosting the “Nordic Seaboard Networking Evening” for the first time ever in Thailand on Friday, May 24, 2019.

Taking place at the Glass House Pattaya restaurant in Chonburi, the event was attended by about 60 participating guests who enjoyed a relaxing evening with great companionship, pleasant seafood as well as tasty wine sponsored by Italasia and the beer co-sponsored by DanThai Machinery and Siac Consulting. The event was sponsored by Valmet.

The notable guests included Danish Ambassador H.E Uffe Wolffhechel and also the Directors of the Board and Executive Directors from each chamber.

The intention in organizing this event came from the increasing number of Nordic companies establishing their businesses in Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard especially in Rayong and Chonburi. Hence, the four Nordic chambers of commerce arranged this networking event to bring together the business people and provide them with the opportunity to meet and build their connection with other like-minded people in the Eastern Seaboard Area.
