They agreed that NFF should try to find funding from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Norway, to make a feasibility study on grassroots football development in Vietnam.

Football for All in Vietnam (FFAV) has given kids in Hue the opportunity to play football for fun and acquire important life skills through football for 10 years.
