Swedish CSR Ambassador promotes Swedish business ethics in Beijing

“We want the Swedish companies to act as role models when it comes to CSR,” said the Swedish Corporative Social Responsibility  Ambassador Diana Madunic in a speech on 31 October 2015.

She was one of the key speakers to the international conference on Responsible Outbound Investment held in Beijing, where the Swedish Embassy in China where one of the co-organizers. Diana Madunic’s promoting speech about Swedish business ethics  models reached an audience that consisted of Chinese and academics in the area of Business Ethics.

Diana Madunic presented the Swedish government’s new and ambitious policy on Corporative Social Responsility at the conference and encouraged her international colleagues to implement the Swedish business ethics. She had time to meet with Swedish companies and civil society representatives. She also met with the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) and discussed further cooperation between Sweden and China on CSR.

Diana Madunic was appointed CSR Ambassador by the Swedish government in April 2015. This was her second trip to China as Ambassador.
