Thursday the 26th of September, the 4 Nordic ambassadors hosted a reception at the 4th floor at EmQuartier CineArt, before the screening of the Swedish movie “Becoming Astrid”, a film about the late well-known and very popular author Astrid Lindgren. Her popular children books are familiar to most young people and adults, but how many know about her private life.
Many guests of different nationalities did show up and enjoyed delicious specialties from the Nordic countries, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Great wines were served and the atmosphere was at a high level.
Movies from all 4 countries will be screened until Sunday the 29th and if you missed “Becoming Astrid” this evening, you have another chance on Sunday 29th at 7.30 pm
