Chinese cargo ship ends maiden voyage in Sweden

The Chinese cargo ship Tian En ended its maiden voyage in Harnosand on 15 September.

The Swedish port of Harnosand was the last stop for Tian En on her first voyage. The Chinese cargo ship has been sailing across the Arctic region to deliver wind power equipment to Europe, according to XinhuaNet.

Tian En started her journey on 4 August from the port of Lianyungang in east China’s Jiangsu Province.
Prior to Harnosand, Tian En docked at the French port of Rouen on 5 September and at the Dutch port of Eemshaven on 9 September.

Tian En, which is owned by COSCO SHIPPING Specialized Carriers Co., is expected to berth in Finland on 23 September before heading back to China.
