Sweden funds VN poverty reduction project

Sweden funded 210 billion VND under the project entitled “Sharing” for the Ministry of Planning and Investment to organize a training course on building a socio-economic development plan in the central province of Quang Tri in Viet Nam.
      The training course was held in August, where nearly 100 communal officials in Vinh Linh and Gio Linh districts attended. The five-year project started in October 2003 with the aim of granting funding to the poor to conduct their own economic activities.
