Thomas Sewerin, certified psychologist and leadership consultant and Katarina Billing, certified psychologist and program director and facilitator lectured on “How to Coach and Manage Teams” at the morning event organized by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai on the 1st of November, 2012.
This seminar aimed at increasing the understanding of teams but also explored the subject of leadership, made distinctions between managing and coaching, and provided a set of useful means to approach team and leadership challenges.
