Deputy Foreign Minister of Laos Phongsavath Boupha visits Finland on 10-11 October. The visit aims to focus on bilateral relations of the two countries as well as development issues.
During his visit Phongsavath Boupha will meet Under-Secretary of State Marjatta Rasi, Director General Ritva Koukku-Ronde from the Department for Development Policy, Director General Elina Kalkku from the Department for the Americas and Asia and Director General Irma Ertmant from the Legal Department. In addition, Phongsavath Boupha and his delegation will visit the Nordic Development Fund.
