Norwegian Sculptors Help Train Vietnamese Artists

Vietnamese and Norwegian sculptors have presented 12 joint works to the central city of Da Nang.
The works were made under a Norwegian project to help train highly skilled workers for Da Nang.
All of their works, made of white stone, praise the friendship between the two people, and will be displayed in the park on the Han river’s eastern bank.
Many sculptors have been trained under the project, which began in 2002, and a stone sculpture centre has been built on an area of 5,000 square metre in the 400-year traditional stone sculpture Ngu Hanh Son village. The centre is a creative place for sculptors, and is equipped with many modern processing facilities.
