Kim Lindegaard Nielsen, the Danish Bandidos members who was last Tuesday arested on Samui, was on Monday briefly presented to the criminal court in Bangkok, where his arrest was extended with another four days while the police is preparing the final charges against him.
The defence lawyer for the 36 year old Dane is Chris Gamble, a Thai lawyer from Samui working as a consultant for Miklaws Associates as well as an attorney at law with Roberts and Gerrard in Maenam on Samui.
According to Chris Gamble, a second attempt to have Kim Lindegaard Nielsen released on bail Monday also failed. Both requests were filed by is wife Linda Adamas, with whome Kim has a four yar old son. The first request was filed on Wednesday last week with the amount of 200.000 baht.
The court dismissed the bail at the request of the DSI police as the investigation into the alleged wrongdoings of the Dane is not yet complete.
