The Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) proposes a tender for assistance to the Government of Vietnam for preparation of a Project document for credit financing of the Vietnam land Administration Project (VLAP).
The company shall assist the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MoNRE) in further developing its documentation for a large-scale investment project for modernization of the land administration system in Vietnam. Furthermore, the company shall assist MoNRE in preparing an implementation and procurement plan for the first 18 months of the project. The Consultant shall also assist MoNRE in the undertaking of other tasks related to the project, as further described in the Term of Reference for the assignment.
The procurement of the services is undertaken as Open Tendering in accordance with the Sida Procurement Guidelines (SPG), June 2004 which can be found at www.sida.se. The manning of the services is planned to be undertaken by a core team of 4-5 short-term international and national experts. The total costs for the services are estimated to MUSD 0.6.
Any interested companies can submit the tender through the Embassy of Sweden in Hanoi. Deadline for submission of tenders is on September 15, 2006 and the assignment is planned to commence on 15 October 2006.
