Wartsila Opened Service Workshop in Vietnam

Wartsila, the world leading Finnish manufacturer of large engines and power plants with the core business in marine steel, has opened a service workshop in southern Ho Chi Minh City on May 09, 2007.
The workshop will provide repair and maintenance services for equipment and engines on power plants and ships for local and overseas shippling firms.
In Vietnam, Wartsila has licensed the government-owned shipbuilding company, Vinashin, to manufacture and sell its low-speed marine diesel engines locally.
There are more than 14,000 staffs in over 130 Wartsila offices in nearly 70 countries globally.
