Philippine agreement on Export to Norway, Denmark and Iceland

Newly appointed Philippine Ambassador to Norway, Denmark and Iceland, Ambassador Elizabeth P. Buensuceso, and trade representative Mary Borromeo-Hedfors have identified areas for promotion of processed food, information technology, shipping, and gifts and house wares from the Philippines in Norway, Denmark and Iceland at a meting at the Philippine Embassy in Oslo.
After the meeting, the trade representative added, that the Philippines could also promote information technology in the region, particularly in business process outsourcing where Filipino talents can showcase their expertise on animation, film editing and financial services, including accounting. According to the Ambassador, the embassy will launch a contract program to encourage investors from the region to invest in Manila.
