Brødrene Dahl Plans Vietnamese Branches

The Norwegian wholesaler of pipes and pipe components for sanitation systems Brødrene Dahl A/S (The Dahl brothers) are now in the planning phase of constructing two new subsidiaries in Vietnam, one outside Hanoi in the northern part of the country and the other one outside the capital of Ho Chi Min City. The new branches will mainly focus on sales to the shipbuilding industry.


Brødrene Dahl employs 900 people, mainly in Norway with a network of 55 sales offices nationwide, and has a turnover of some NOK 5 billion. The company is owned by the French industrial corporation, Saint-Gobain, which operates on a global scale. In 2005, Brødrene Dahl’s first branch in Romania was opened along with the current planning of two new branches in Vietnam.
