Bo Bjerregaard Rasmussen New Commercial Counselor in Bangkok

Bo Bjerregaard Rasmussen has been appointed Commercial Counselor at the Royal Danish Embassy in Bangkok, succeeding Linda Jakobsen who returned to Denmark in February to take up the challenges as Head of Globalization for Dansk Erhverv.
A masters graduate in economics with a wealth of experience, Bo Bjerregaard Rasmussen’s career to date includes a management position at the Confederation of Danish Industry’s Japan office, commercial attaché in the Foreign Ministry and section head positions at the Danish embassies in both Beijing and Manila and Project Manager for Hub Denmark at Invest in Denmark’s Copenhagen headquarters.
Most recently Bo Bjerregaard Rasmussen has been Director Asia at Invest in Denmark’s Tokyo office from September 2003 to September 2007 followed by  a one and a half year stint working with trade policy issues in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Denmark.
Bo Bjerregaard Rasmussen will assume his new position at the end of April.
