Responsive IT getting more Danish deals in Thailand

Responsive IT Solutions Ltd. has recently been awarded two Danish deals – a major network upgrade and maintenance contract with a Thai-based Danish maritime service provider in Sri Racha and an agreement to provide members of the Danish-Thai Chamber of Commerce (DTCC) monthly advice related to the IT issues.      According to a report on DTCC’s website <>, the contract worth Bt3 million with Mermaid Maritime Ltd. in Sri Racha, Chonburi enlists Responsive IT in upgrading Mermaid Maritime’s computer network, including new ‘state-of-the-art’ workstations and server hardware for the entire corporation, the latest in internet security, and anti-virus protection. An ongoing maintenance agreement has also been attached to the contract.      Among various other IT enhancements, Mermaid Maritime will also host its own mail server from now on, in order to improve its internal and external communication, added the DTCC report.      Undoubtedly, Hans Schonbaumsfeld, Managing Director of Responsive IT Solutions is glad to include Mermaid Maritime as his customer. Based in Laem Chabang Industrial Estate on Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard, this top ranking maritime service provider in Thailand is among others behind Responsive IT’s recent move to open a new office in Sri Racha.      “We are proud to have Mermaid Maritime Ltd. as a new member of our customer family, especially now that we open our branch office at the Eastern Seaboard in Sri Racha,” DTCC quoted Hans Schonbaumsfeld as saying.      “They recognize the fact that the quality of your IT environment is in direct relationship to the quality of your company’s efficiency output,” he added.      Responsive IT Solutions has also recently entered into an agreement with the DTCC to provide all the chamber’s members with monthly advice on computer related matters. The IT updates and advice will be distributed to the members in a newsletter, which will be mailed out every month together with the chamber’s existing legal newsletter from the law firm Dej Udom & Associates.      To respond to the growing customer base, Responsive IT has recently expanded its staff by adding Mr. Karin Weswongsatip as its Senior IT Maintenance Engineer.      Mr. Karin brings with him extensive experience in the network environment including Exchange Server, Facys Fax Server, and Intranet on IIS 5.0. He is a certified MCSE & MCSA engineer by Microsoft, and has been in charge of several servers with up to 200 workstations in his previous employments.
