Regional SAS Cargo Head Office in Bangkok

Mr. Per Vransøe, Danish, has been appointed leader of SAS Cargo’s new regional sales organization for Asia recently established in Bangkok.
     Mr. Per Vransøe comes from a position as SAS Cargo Manager in Tokyo where he is responsible for cargo in Japan and Korea. He is 52 and started in SAS Cargo in 1978. During the past 15 years he has been stationed 12 years in China and Japan.
     To replace Per Vransøe in Japan Leif Nilsson, Swedish, has been appointed. Leif Nilsson, 46, started in SAS in 1987 and he has held a number of leading positions within marketing, business and administration. Leif Nilsson was Regional Business Controller Asia & Pacific.
     Both took up up their new positions this summer.
     The establishment of a regional sales office in Bangkok comes as a natural consequence of SAS Cargo’s increasing business in Asia. A regional head office will strengthen focus on the markets in Asia
