On 17 June, the Danish PI Gymnasts will pay a visit to Penang. The show, which has been arranged together with Danisco in Malaysia, will consist of a wide range of gymnastic activities and performances. Visitors will get to see trampoline jumps, acrobatics, modern dance, funk, as well as traditional Danish gymnastics.
PI is the athletic division of the Danish police and the team is open to very experienced gymnasts – the members are mostly civilians although there are also a few police officers on the team. This is gymnastics at a high level, and the team has also arranged a work shop where children can try some of the gymnastic disciplines.
The Danish Gymnastics Extravaganza will take place at Dewan Tunku, Dome, KOMTAR Penang on Saturday 17 June from 8 to 10 p.m.
Tickets are available at Mei Fong Wong at RM 10 for children and students. For adults, tickets are RM 20.
