Founder Leaves Pandora Board

The founder’s goodbye to the Pandora Board is happening accordingly to the recommendations for good corporate governance, and Per Enevoldsen continues as head of Pandora productions in Thailand.

Among the five new members are two Danes, Christian Frigast and Sten Daugaard. Christian Frigast is a partner in private equity fund Axcel that owns Pandora, and Sten Daugaard is from Lego where he is CFO and board member.

The remaining new board members are British Allan Leighton, American Andrea Alvey and Italian Marcello V. Bottoli, all with experience from large international companies.

Eric D. Jensen and Nicholas Vejlsgaard continues unchanged as board members.

“Pandora has with this extension secured an experienced, professional wide and internationally composed board combined with an appropriate continuity as to constructive partners to assist group managing director Mikkel Vendelin Olesen and the rest of the management in years to come. We are convinced that these new members will help improve Pandora’s continued positive development,” writes chairman of the board Torben Ballegaard Sorensen in a press release.
