ASTW Gets Australian 100 Million Gig

A&S Thai Works Co., Ltd. (ASTW) has got a 100 million Baht order for a complete turn key meat and bone meal plant for the Australian meat processor Primo Smallgoods near Sydney.

ASTW employs 200 workers in Samutprakarn, and the new plant will be their eighth plant installed in Australia.

The installation of the plant will be completed by ten Thai technicians who will work seven days a week in two months, informs Sverre Golten, owner of ASTW.

The plant will process 280 tons a day of animal waste, guts and bones from slaughter houses into meat for animal feed, tallow and liquid fat for soap production.

According to Sverre Golten, the plant includes state-of-the-art touch screen computer control and the latest technologies in waste heat energy saving.
