Danish Furniture Company Expands in Asia

The company known for designer furniture has had a bit of a rough path in Denmark after the economical crisis with several stores going bankrupt.

But the interim financial statements for 2010 show an increase in revenue of 9,7 percent, and the new stores in Asia are suposed to help further improve this positive development.

Group managing director of BoConcept, Viggo Mølholm, says that the company plan to open 30-35 new stores around the world within this financial year, and that Asia is an important market.
