Heart Attack Kills Swede in Lucena City hotel

A Swedish national died of heart attack at a Lucena City hotel here on Saturday, November 12 2011, tells the online media globalnation.inquirer.net

Dan Olof Jansson, 51, of Vanderbyvagen, Ingaro, Sweden, who was temporarily residing in Oriental Mindoro, was about to enter the Diamond Hotel and Resort in the outskirts of this city, together with his Filipino wife, Theresa Jansson, and friends May Lila and Pagbilao policewoman Aileen Palma, at about 5 p.m. when he complained of chest pain, said Senior Police Officer 1 Aldrin Andres, officer on case.
The foreigner was rushed to the nearby MMG Hospital but was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician and was pronounced to have died of heart failure, said Andres.
The couple was on vacation in Lucena.
