Serenity Spanish Bar & Restaurant’s Festive Season Platters

Serenity’s X’mas & New Year Platters, available from 13 December 2011 to 1 January 2012, comes with a portion of Spanish style Suckling Pig, Carvings of Herbal Roasted Turkey, Premium Honey Baked Ham, Potato Salad, Grilled Jumbo Asparagus and Brussels sprouts and served with Cranberry – Red Wine Reduction, Spicy Pineapple Sauce and Brown Sauce.

The highlights are the Spanish style suckling pig roasted to perfection and Herbal Roasted Turkey.

Before being roasted, the suckling pig is marinated with sherry wine and olive oil. The turkey is marinated with fresh rosemary, fresh thymes, fresh tarragon, extra virgin olive oil and black pepper for overnight and roasted to the perfect in preserving the tenderness and  moist.

In addition to the delectable dishes served there, Serenity has more than 120 types of exclusive Spanish Wines covering all the well-known Spanish wine regions. Most 80% of the wines are exclusive and only can be found in Serenity.
