Danish wind energy consultant hired by Thai company IWIND

Thailand based wind developer & investor, Inter Far East Wind International Company Limited (IWIND), has hired K2 Management (Denmark) to perform a technical due diligence of an existing wind farm based on Jeju Island in South Korea. IWIND is planning to acquire a certain portion of the wind farm owner’s equity.

K2 Management provides insights to wind farm investment, offering due diligence services for wind power projects, based on practical knowledge and focused advice.

K2 Management will utilize its experience in Project Management, Contract Management and O&M Management in the wind industry to perform a complete technical due diligence of the wind farm project. Scope of work includes:

  • Site visit to review wind farm and WTG operating conditions
  • Visual inspection of WTG(s)
  • Review of OPEX and serivce contractual conditions
  • Preparation of technical due diligence report and future OPEX-estimates
