Finland and Thailand sign agreement about technologies

Finnish Minister of Economic Affairs and Thai Minister of Digital Economy and Society have signed a memorandum of understanding on digital and communication technologies.

In the future Thailand and Finland will cooperate more on digital and communication technologies. Wednesday 22 August H.E. Mika Lintilä, Minister of Economic Affairs of Finland and H.E. Dr Pichet Durongkaveroj, Minister of Digital Economy and Society of Thailand signed a memorandum of understanding on digital and communication technologies.

The aim is to promote cooperation between the two countries and the operating conditions of enterprises reciprocally.

A memorandum of understanding (MOU)is a nonbinding agreement between two parties that outlines the terms and details of an understanding, including each parties’ requirements and responsibilities.

The MOU was signed ahead of the Thai-Finnish Digital Day, which was organized in collaboration with Team Finland Bangkok and DEPA (Digital Economy Promotion Agency of Thailand).
