Indonesia’s Minister of Defence Purnomo Yusgiantoro visited Finland and Estonia to discuss possible partnerships with the two countries in cyber security. 
Estonia is one of Europe’s cyber security hubs. NATO’s Cooperative Cyber Defense Center of Excellence was launched in Tallinn in 2008. http://bit.ly/1pbN5r6
