A man who allegedly killed a New Zealand man in a fight at a bar in Thailand has been arrested in Sweden. New Zealander Robert Hollick, 43, died in August 2012 after he was stabbed three times in the neck and back at a bar in the coastal resort city of Pattaya.

Following the attack, Thai police arrested Swedish man Andreas Ringvall and charged him with Mr Hollick’s murder.

Two months later, Ringvall was allowed to leave Thailand after reportedly paying close to $20,000 in bail. However, Fairfax reports Ringvall was arrested in Sweden late last month and charged with murder.
