The Thai-Swedish Chamber of Commerce (SweCham) has welcomed Swedish MiL Institute as a new member.
MiL Institute specialises in leadership and organisational development based on Scandinavian values. Its methodology, Action Reflection Learning (ARL®), is internationally recognised and focuses on combining learning and innovation with real-world challenges.
Representatives in Thailand include senior consultants Helena Thorfinn and Henrik Hammargren. SweCham highlights that MiL Institute’s expertise will be a valuable resource for the chamber’s members and the wider Thai-Swedish business community.
