Bangkok shopping malls have stepped up security. The heightened security measures have come after bomb blasts in the capital on Sunday.
All costumers will be checked thoroughly, the sign says.
Security in Bangkok has been temporarily stepped up following Sunday’s twin explosions of time bombs, particularly around Siam station and its walkway leading to Siam Paragon.
Also at the BTS Siam station security officers runs a hand-held metal detector over the passengers’ bags.
The malls are CentralWorld, CentralPlaza and Central Festival in the city, but other major malls in prime shopping areas increased security checks as well.
