The new OSM building, which houses Norwegian company OSM Maritime Services Inc. (OSM MSI) and the OSM Regional Operating Headquarter Office (OSM ROHQ), caters to at least 300 employees serving more than 3,000 Filipino and foreign crew. Since the company has grown significantly over the years, its main office building had to undergo major renovation to provide state of the art crew lounge, training academy and office space for employees, visiting crews, crew applicants and guests.

The OSM Maritime Group, a Norwegian company that provides offshore and ship management services with operations in more than 20 countries including the Philippines, inaugurated its new building in Ermita, Manila on 5 January 2015.

The ceremony was opened by Rear Admiral Adonis Donato, President of OSM MSI, and Mr. Allan Falkenberg, Managing Director of OSM ROHQ. Ambassador Erik Førner was present during the event and served as the guest of honour.

In his message, Ambassador Førner highlighted that the new building is not only a capital investment but a great contribution in producing skilled, competent and world class seafarers.

At the end of the programme, Ambassador Førner joined Rear Admiral Donato and Mr. Falkenberg in the blessing ceremony of the building. Officers and staff of OSM were present during the event.
